Acceptable Use Policy

Moon (getmoon.ai and app.getmoon.ai) is a recruiting workspace used by talent teams to contact individual candidates about specific jobs. This policy sets out what Moon may be used for and what it may not. It applies to Moon Labs Inc., its customers, affiliates and partners, and anyone who places a getmoon.ai link in a message. Moon does not advertise itself, its websites or its customers' jobs through unsolicited bulk messages, and does not permit anyone else to do so.

1. What Moon links are

Links on getmoon.ai are pages for one named person: a job description a recruiter sent to a candidate (app.getmoon.ai/jobs/…), an interview-booking page (app.getmoon.ai/book/…), a candidate profile shared with a hiring manager (app.getmoon.ai/share/…), or an account notification. They are sent one-to-one by a named recruiter from that recruiter's own, authenticated mailbox, or by Moon on behalf of a customer's account. They are not advertising and are never sent to purchased or scraped lists.

2. Unsolicited messages are prohibited

Nobody — including Moon's customers, affiliates and third parties — may:

• send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messages ("spam") that mention, link to or promote getmoon.ai, app.getmoon.ai or any Moon page;
• send Moon links to addresses obtained by harvesting, purchasing or scraping;
• use a forged or misleading sender, subject line or reply address in a message that contains a Moon link;
• continue to message a person who has asked to stop, or who has opted out;
• use Moon links in messages unrelated to a genuine hiring process with the recipient.

Breach of this policy is a breach of our Terms of Service and grounds for immediate suspension of the account that sent the message.

3. Other prohibited uses

• uploading unlawful, discriminatory or harassing content, or using Moon to discriminate against candidates on any protected characteristic;
• recording an interview without the notice and consent the law requires where the participants are;
• probing, scanning or overloading the service, or bypassing any access control;
• reselling access, or using Moon on behalf of a company you are not authorised to act for.

4. How we enforce this

• Every candidate-facing message is written or approved and sent by a named person on the customer's team — Moon does not send autonomous bulk campaigns.
• Sending is rate-limited per mailbox, per hour and per day, and stops automatically the moment a recipient replies.
• A reply containing "unsubscribe", "stop", "remove me" or similar suppresses that person across the whole account; complaints and bounces do the same.
• All mail sent by Moon itself is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

5. To stop receiving messages

Reply to any message with "unsubscribe" or "stop", or write to services@moon.ac with the address you want suppressed. Suppression is applied within one business day and is permanent unless you ask otherwise.

6. To report abuse

If you received an unsolicited message containing a getmoon.ai link, forward it with full headers to abuse@getmoon.ai or services@moon.ac. We investigate every report, suppress the recipient, and suspend accounts that breach this policy.
